Alexandru was born of peasantry, and his parents died of plague when he was still young. His father's dream was for Alexandru to be taught in the ways of a knight, so Alexandru worked as a paige until the age of seventeen. The untimely death of his master, the knight in whose service Alexandru worked, led to great suspicion, forcing Alexandru to flee for his life. No longer bound to this duty, Alexandru turned his heart to wander through the vast wilderness of his ancestors.

Alexandru is a nomadic paladin who hails from the East, near Berg a Strati. He spent years in the Forest of Eagles, learning from a sage who inhabited the lands of Gavallen Maderas. Alexandru then wandered aimlessly until he reached the quiet forests of Maethodoron. Although he claims no home, Alexandru vows to defend Maethodoron and her allies until the winds call him away.
